Of the original 25 cottages, only three remain and the Inn has the only cottage remaining at its original location according to the town layout developed by Brannan. Distinguished by its intricate gingerbread, gable-board and scalloped ridge cresting, the bed and breakfast features a broad wraparound porch and a private courtyard surrounded by ornamental gardens, with two separate lawn areas. The inn has a total of six rooms, three standard one bedroom units, one deluxe one bedroom unit, and two mini-suites with sitting rooms (each of which can sleep up to four guests). All rooms have queen size beds and private baths and entrance/exits. Five of the six also have ceiling fans and fireplaces. The innkeepers offer a full breakfast each morning.
